9.3 Chitkara University Online may use or integrate third-party communication and technology platforms, including but not limited to RCS for Business, messaging services, analytics tools, cloud infrastructure, and communication enablement platforms, to deliver Services and communicate with users.

9.4 You agree that an accurate, clear, and legally compliant Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are made available to all end users engaging with services, communications, or messaging channels associated with Chitkara University Online, including RCS-based or similar business messaging services.

9.5 Such Privacy Policy and Terms shall ensure that end users are informed and provide authorization for data processing activities conducted by Chitkara University Online and its authorized service providers, including technology partners such as Google, strictly for purposes contemplated under these Terms and related service agreements.
